Cellulose binding domain attached to a mating factor secretion tag

The cellulose binding domain is attached to a mating factor and a flexible linker. This lays the foundation for the functional L1 and L2 constructs in MoClo format for yeast expression. The flexible linker later attaches to a desired protein.
