Introduction

This is the plasmid backbone we use. It is incompatible with RFC10 because of its own characteristics. We can't directly delete or change the restriction site, for it will destroy the structure of the backbone. However, this RFC10-incompatible backbone won't influence other parts' following strictly with RFC10.
