Dehalogenase type 2 variant 2 with His Tag

This part is an improvement of part BBa_K3347010. It is the sequence of the Dehalogenase type 2 variant 2 gene, with the addiction of an His - Tag downstream the coding sequence. His - tag was inserted into the sequence to detect and isolate the protein once expressed in the cell or outside the cell. This basic part is designed to be part of a surface display system that carries the dehalogenase to the cell membrane, allowing the extracellular expression of the enzyme.
