Multicopper Oxidase with His Tag

This part is an improvement of part BBa_K5109012. It is the sequence of the Multicopper Oxidase gene from Synechocystis sp, with the addiction of an His - Tag downstream the coding sequence. His - tag was inserted into the sequence to detect and isolate the protein once expressed in the cell or outside the cell. This basic part is designed to be a part of a surface display system that carries the multicopper oxidase to the cell membrane, allowing the extracellular expression of the enzyme.
