This part is an improvement of part BBa_K5109010. It is the sequence of the Alpha/Beta Hydrolase gene from Synechocystis PCC 6803, with the addiction of an His - Tag downstream the coding sequence. His - tag was inserted into the sequence to detect and isolate the protein once expressed in the cell. This basic part is designed to be a part of a surface display system that carries the enzyme Alpha/Beta hydrolase to the cell membrane, determining the extracellular expression of the enzyme.
