TMSD threshold system Activator

Part of the components needed to establish a TMSD threshold system, designed by miRADAR (WageningenUR 2024). This parts acts as the initial trigger, that is thresholded, also known as the activator. When A is present in higher concentration than B, it can sequester the free pool of B, and release C due to TMSD.
