ProgRAM recording tape 5.3

The part encodes an RNA tape designed to record biological events in cells. Recording cellular events utilizing REPAIR RNA editing would result in sequential deamination of adenosine bases in START codons, therefore generating +1 ORF switch. This tape presents the state after three deamination events, where START codons are no longer present in the sequence.
