hsa-mir-141_Target

hsa-mir-141_Target (BBa_K5086003) is a single-stranded RNA sequence with 22 nucleotides, which is derived from mature hsa-mir-141 and is complementarily paired with the 3' end of the hsa-mir-141_S, hsa-mir-141_S1 sequence. Calculations showed that the correlation coefficient between its expression and the prevalence of lung adenocarcinoma and lung squamous carcinoma amounted to -0.4610. It was verified by machine learning and expression profiling that this sequence could be used as an effective target for lung cancer diagnosis in stem experiments. hsa-mir-141 belongs to the mir-10 family, and the expression of hsa-mir-141 is tissue-specific, which can either play the role of proto-oncogene by negatively regulating the expression of target genes to promote tumor cell proliferation, migration and invasion, or inhibit the expression of target genes to play the role of oncology. Therefore, the expression of hsa-mir-141 plays a role in determining whether one has lung cancer. The function of this element in the platform: Target: as a target to bind to the probe, and then the polymerase uses it as a primer to undergo a polymerase-mediated chain replacement reaction. The displaced H-chain then undergoes a subsequent chain displacement reaction to produce a fluorescent report. Self-enhancement: The H-strand will be replaced by the wt-strand under the polymerase-mediated replacement, and a single DNA strand with the same sequence (U to T) as hsa-mir-141_Target (BBa_K5086003) will be replaced, and the polymerase-mediated strand displacement reaction will be repeated in the first step to realize the self-enhancement of the signal.
