This sequence can be found and blasted in the NCBI database and was successfully synthesized by the company.

Source

The gene is originally from the genome of Zymomonas mobilis. However, due to some reasons, the sequence has been edited by adding 3 more codons for GSS at the end of the gene [1]. In our project, the codons were optimized during gene synthesis by the company to adjust the G/C ratio.
