epd2
Ependymin-2 protein (epd2) is a glycoprotein from the rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). It probably plays a role in neural plasticity and axon regeneration.[1]
We performed codon optimization to improve gene expression in E. coli. This basic part is used in BBa_K4854024 as a fusion protein with CsgA protein (BBa_K4854013).
