Design Notes
CcdA antitoxin is only released under the condition of AHL autoinducer molecules constantly binding to qSCR protein molecules. Once the binding stops, which indicate significant reduction in mass of biofilm, the releasing of CcdA antitoxin is ceased and E. coli will carry out self apoptosis.
