Design Notes

Before inserting the gene of lactonase AiiA, we design a testing biosensor which contains EGFP gene instead of lactonase AiiA. After testing have been shown to succeed by expressing quantifiable protein, we will move on to the real biosensor and replace EGFP with AiiA.
