PCR primer for modification of pVIII M13 protein to detect Hippuric Acid

PCR primer designed to modify M13 pVIII protein near the N-terminus. Modification replaces EGDD with EWWWA (sequence derived through Molecular Docking using Autodock Vina) for the purpose of creating a Hippuric Acid-binding pVIII protein, implemented as a biosensor when M13 phages self-assemble on a gold-coated substrates.
