Usage and Biology

This biobrick was created by combining TRE3G Promoter (BBa_K4803011) and ZsGreen (BBa_K3190204). The binding of tTA to the TRE of the TRE3G Promoter promotes the expression of downstream ZsGreen.

In UTokyo2023 project, this biobrick was used to confirm the operation of MESA (Modular Extracellular Sensor Architecture) system.
