CD4 signal
This part is a CD4-derived signal peptide. When this part is translated, it is recognized by the signal recognition particle and the protein undergoing synthesis is transferred to the endoplasmic reticulum.
This part is adapted from the signal peptide of a protein used in the MESA system described in [1].
In UTokyo2023 project, this part is commonly used as a signal peptide for the proteins that make up the MESA (Modular Extracellular Sensor Architecture) system [1].
