Design Notes

We performed codon optimization to ensure effective expression of this part in human cells. Major restriction enzyme recognition sequences (EcoRI XbaI SpeI PstI NotI BsaⅠ SapⅠ) are removed from this part.

The cDNA encoding gp80 from [1] which is the extracellular domain was optimized with IDT codon optimization tool to generate this part.
