Nrdj-1 Split intein N terminal

N terminal of a highly efficient split intein for post translational assembly, tagged C-terminal to the N-terminal half of a protein fusion. See BBa_K4796007 for C terminal half of Nrdj-1 split intein. Can be used for inducible cleaving and rejoining of separated peptide subunits encoded on a singular plasmid.
