A piggyback vector that constitutively expresses the C-Tag Nanobody on the surface of a mammalian cell, with a P2A linkage to a Fusion Red as a selective marker. Cells that have been properly transfected will have cytoplasmic Fusion Red, since the P2A site will be cleaved after translation. The intention behind the design was to pair mammalian cells that have this surface expression of the anti C-Tag Nanobody with bacteria that express C-Tag on their surface to facilitate adhesion.

Uses primers BBa_K4686004, BBa_K4686005, BBa_K4686006, and BBa_K4686007 to amplify parts of plasmids pBR70 (backbone) and pDSG312 (insert) via PCR.

The plasmid was assembled via Gibson Assembly.
