Design Notes
Flavin containing dimethylaniline monooxygenase 3 (FMO3) sequence is from the Homo sapien species and codes for the FMO3 enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for the oxidation of TMA (trimethylamine) into TMAO (trimethylamine N-oxide) in the liver. This sequence was taken from the AUC Turkey Human FMO3 sequence (BBa_K727004) but modified by taking out the BioBrick prefix and suffix.
