Design Notes
The cell penetrating peptide should be located at the N-terminus, because the C-terminus will be inside after container ferritin assembled and the peptide would not be able to act since it can not reach the cell wall. Also, the N-terminus of the TAT peptide must not be blocked by anything else. Even though the exact mode of action is not know yet, it is know that a free N-terminus is essential.

R12 is synthetic, the sequence for ferritin is obtained by the human heavy chain protein.
