ftsZ P2 promoter from M. smegmatis

Roy et al. analyzed the fitZ promoter via primer extension analysis, which revealed 4 TSSs, and thus revealed four promoters (including fitZ P2) in the MtfitZ region in M. smegmatis. This part is compatible with Golden Gate assembly (flanked by BsaI cutsites). The relative promoter strength was characterized by William&Mary 2023 to be 0.38 compared to psmyc.
