Design Notes

Using Biobrick Assembly, the stgRNA-cassette 1 and stgRNA-cassette 2 can be ligated. Using the homologous arm upstream the stgRNA 2, recombination may occur between stgRNA-cassette 2 and Lac promoter of stgRNA-cassette 1.
