pGreenⅡ 0800-TMV RNA dependent RNA polymerase-movement protein-subPromoter CP-EGFP

The cloned TMV RNA dependent RNA polymerase-movement protein-subPromoter CP and eGFP were homologous recombined. Homologous recombination fragments are inserted in pGreen II backbone. Finally, the start codon in subPromoter CP was mutated by PCR and we get the target Part.

Usage and Biology

Agrobacterium transforming the plasmid was used to transect tobacco instantaneously, and GFP was transcribed and translated through subPromoter CP. At the same time, RNA-dependent RNA polymerase enables the transcribed RNA to self-replicate, thus improving the existence time of specific RNA and the expression amount of target protein.
