Combined with CaMV 35S promoter, Pikm-2, CaMV poly(A) signal

Usage and Biology

Pikm-2 gene expression is guided by CaMV strong promoter. Pikm-2, as an auxiliary plant immune NLR molecule, can interact with Pikm-1 receptor protein and dimerize, playing a role in transmitting excitation signals. In the absence of Pikm-2, Pikm-1 cannot exert its due immune function.
