CP-GFP
Insert the EGFP sequence after the capsid protein sequence in the TMV genome to construct a fusion protein.
Usage and Biology
In order to measure the viral load in organisms more concisely and clearly, we added an EGFP sequence to the capsid protein sequence in the TMV virus genome and constructed a fusion protein. The viral molecules expressed in this way will have green fluorescent markers on the outer packaging particles, which can be used to measure the expression level of the virus by performing WB detection on fluorescent proteins or directly observing changes in fluorescence intensity.
