miniSOG

Agrobacterium tumefaciens optimized mini singlet oxygen generator protein (miniSOG)

Usage and Biology

This part derivers from BBa_K3111032. We replace codons in the original mRNA sequence with codons that are used frequently in Agrobacterium tumefaciens to ensure that the codons in the newly designed mRNA sequence are more compatible with the codon usage bias of our chassis, avoiding the emergence of rare codons.

Together with 50Spro(BBa_K4628022), it was cloned into plasmid pGREENlland transformed into Agrobacterium tumefacienii GV3101 for further detection. Because It also has green-green fluorescence, we can observed it directly using fluorescence microscopy.
