Applications of BBa_K4628024
In our experiment，the Ptac/cuo promoter was cloned into reporter plasmid pGreenII containing Green Fluorescent Protein (GFPuv, BBa_M45116) and transformed into Agrobacterium tumefaciens GV3101 for further testing.

We failed to observe fluorescence after either solid plate culture or liquid culture supplemented with 150μM aqua acid, which may be related to strain selection or short regulatory sequences between the promoter and reporter gene
