Forward primers used for qRT-PCR of the ngcE gene.

In our project, we performed real-time PCR experiments on the related differentially expressed genes analyzed by RNA-seq. The results showed that the results of RNA-Seq were consistent with the results of real-time PCR verification, and mutually verified with the results of transcriptome data. real-time-pcr-of-related-genes.png
