Endolysin combinative expression circuit in E.coli

This part could constitutively express the 3 types of S. aureus targeting endolysin-LysDZ25, ClyC, and Lys GH15-to eliminate S. aureus in vivo. Each type of endolysin has different optimal working pHs and salt concentrations, making their efficiency complement each other, covering various lytic conditions in the human digestive tract.
