GAL4

GAL4 is a kind of protein that can find and combined with UAS DNA structure domain.It can recognize and combine with UAS. Because GAL4 is originated from yeast cells, the activation domain can not work in mammalian cells. Therefore, we only used its combining domain and use it together with VP64 .

2.Caution

GAL4 combining domain is universal among eukaryotic cells, but the activation factor needs to be chosen differently according to the chassis creature.
