Results
This is the results of the PCR on colonies with the hao gene (1713bp) and AmoA gene (834bp), which are combined into the same plasmid, inserted into an E.coli BL21 strain.
The band on the gel of agarose is the expected size. So, we can conclude that the transformation of E.coli BL21 with the plasmid containing the both genes worked.
Furthermore, a SDS Page has been made, to verify the expression of the genes. On acylamid gel two bands can be observed : one at 70kDa which corresponds to the Hao enzyme and one at kDa which corresponds to the AMO enzyme.
