CRISPR-Cas13a expression vector

This is an expression vector for CRISPR-Cas13a expression in E. coli. The plasmid contains the type VI CRISPR effector from Leptotrichia shahii with RNA-guided RNAse activity (Abudayyeh et al., 2016), a T7 promoter, a T7 insert, a T7 packaging signal, ori ColE1, a kanamycin resistance cassette, and the f1 origin of the M13 phage (Kiga et al., 2020).
