Design Notes

This primer was designed from the BJ46a sequence optimized for Pichia Pastoris and the plasmid pPICK9k. For this, a 5 amino acid FWD primer tail was designed, using the pPICK9k plasmid map, and joined it with the first 5 amino acids of the BJ46a gene optimized for Pichia pastoris. This sequence was tested for hairpin.
