Design Notes

The construct has a constitutive RBS (BBa_B0034). A 45bp linker (BBa_K4488006 ) was inserted between fuGFP and CBDcenA. A 6bp cloning scar (“accgcc”) was also inserted downstream of the linker which is found in BBa_K1321341.
