Design Notes

In order to separate Vibrio parahaemolyticus from food samples, gp15 was coupled with carboxyl magnetic beads, and then Vibrio parahaemolyticus could be separated from the samples through magnets. At last, Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected combined with paper-based sensor.

Gp15 from the phage GHSM17 was separated in our lab (School of Biology and Biological Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou ).
