Design Notes

The argR gene knockout method is to use the λ-Red homologous recombination system, so it is necessary to add argR homology arms upstream and downstream of the replacement gene for subsequent gene knockout. According to the principle of homologous recombination, the homologous arm is generally set to about 1000 bp upstream and downstream of the gene to be knocked out.
