Design Notes

The sequence is comprised of three regions, VR1 region, loop region and VR2 region. VR1 region should complement to VR1’ region of the target circRNA hsa_circ_0001982. Loop region should complement to the guide of igRNA (GAPDH) (BBa_K4409017). VR2 region should complement to VR2’ region of hsa_circ_0001982. VR1’ and VR2’ regions should cover a unique sequence of hsa_circ_0001982 so that VR1 and VR2 regions can specifically recognize hsa_circ_0001982.

VR1 and VR2 regions of this part are based on the complement sequence of hsa_circ_0001982 sequence which is retrieved from circBank database. Loop region is based on BBa_K4409017.
