hbd modified by oligopeptide SpyTag

This part is the coding region of hbd enzyme combined with genes coding for SpyTag oligopeptide and Linker 1. It is constructed by hbd (BBa_M1350), SpyTag（BBa_3329001） and linker 1(BBa_K1583012) sequences. It can be bounded with SpyCatcher-Linker 1-thl (BBa_4408005) to enhance the catalysis of acetyl-CoA into 3-hydroxybutytyl-CoA by thl and hbd enzymes in the metabolic pathway of Clostridium tyrobutyricum.
