Design Notes

The team UFMG_UFV_Brazil tested if the sequence obtained from the literature had any restriction sites that would compromise BioBrick Assembly, and we found one PstI site. We optimized the problematic codon and changed its sequence to maintain the expression of the aminoacid cysteine.
