Design Notes

In order to make full use of the detection speed and sensitivity of RAA, the length of the primer should be designed at 30-35 bp, and the length of amplified fragment should be 100-200 bp so that we could obtain fast reaction speed. Also remember, the more pairs of primers screened, the higher the detection accuracy.
