Design Notes

1. The eforRED domain and the Ag3 domain are interspaced with a short flexible GS linker (GGGGS)1, to avoid the interference of antigen3:nanobody3 interaction by the eforRED chromoprotein.

2. The Ag3 domain is situated on the C terminal of the fusion construct whilst the eforRED chromoprotein is situated at the N terminal.

3. The fusion protein is designed to prove the high-affinity of Ag3:Nb3 interaction.
