Design Notes
The middle sequence was designed by researchers at Key Laboratory of Analytical Chemistry for Life Science of Shaanxi Province at Shaanxi Normal University. For the purposes of Lambert iGEM, the middle sequence was incorporated into the padlock probe designs for hsa-miR-1-3p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245200), hsa-miR-122-5p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245202), hsa-miR-126-3p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245203), hsa-mir-133a-3p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245204), hsa-miR-150-5p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245206), hsa-miR-208a-3p RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245207), and hsa-mir-451a RCA Padlock Probe (BBa_K4245209).

The middle sequence was incorporated into the padlock probe designs for RCA, and the sequence was ordered as a DNA oligo from Integrated DNA Technologies.
