RPM:FimH

Adhesion domain FimH of Type 1 fimbriae of Escherichia coli K-12. Which is fused with RPM at N terminus, behind the signal peptide. RPM is a 9 amino acids sequence (CPIEDRPMC), that binds specifically to integrin α5β1 in human invasive colon cancer cells [1].
