Oxygen concentration is characterized by red fluorescence

It is a composite part consisting of nirb and RFP capable of emitting red fluorescence under low oxygen conditions.The specific working principles of nirb show in the BBa_K4232002 .The red fluorescence under hypoxia conditions is shown in Figure 1.
