The terminations of Bacillus subtilis are rich in GC inverted repeats followed by A string of A (T), which means non-factor dependent transcription termination, and the terminator of Escherichia coli can play a role in Bacillus subtilis, so it does not need special consideration.

Better terminators found in the literature:

T31 (synthetic, patented, termination efficiency 98%)
