A transforming plasmid of Bacillus subtilis

If you want to insert a target gene into the genome of Bacillus subtilis, you can insert it between two amyE sites in the plasmid, and then you just transform the plasmid into Bacillus subtilis, and you can do that.This is a plasmid that inserts a target gene into the chromosome gene of Bacillus subtilis.
