Design Notes

During our design, we had to take into account the sequence of miR-21, the right orientation (reverse complement with miR-21), the illegal sequences from iGEM, the bulge number (number of unpaired bases for stability), and the rest of our parts' sequences (especially the HCR hairpins), because they all have to act as a whole.
