Design Notes

This part contains a 9 amino acid Glycine/Serine intert peptide chain to provide flexibility to the protein domain- Leucine Zipper to interact with the scaffold. We used SWISS-MODEL to confirm that this chain was ideal since it did not interact with any secondary structure of the protein.
