Design Notes

We have provided a NotI restriction site before the linker sequence in case users wish to eliminate the modular scaffold. However, the stop codon is provided after the scaffold only. Hence, in case teams use this element, if they wish to eliminate the SH3 domain, they would need to use PCR primers containing overhang with the stop codon. The linker chain was tested with SWISS-MODEL to check for inertness or any possible interaction.
