Long Description

This is the forward primer to amplify a kanamycin cassette. The overlap sequence (red) allows proper Gibson assembly with glpX_US within pGEM-SBPase. The annealing portion (all caps) allows annealing to pXWK3-glgC for proper amplification. The amplicon would be used for the composite part pGEM-SBPase.
